Jeffrey Chapline — extended biography
Jeffrey has focused his career on social causes and on creating a more balanced and diverse workforce. His work has included a hands-on approach to developing programs and services and managing projects involving multicultural contractors and teams with a focus on regional scalability. Jeffrey has expertise in contract negotiation, financial oversight, event planning and staff recruitment. His work has resulted in a high-volume return rate of customers and recurring annual contracts for services he designed and implemented.
Jeffrey’s interest in companies involved in alternative energy solutions was followed by research into potential investment targets, assessing innovation, competitive advantage, time to market, growth of market share, and anticipated earnings growth. He initiated and maintained investments in wind, solar, mining of rare-earth elements, and battery storage companies. To verify the effectiveness of his approach, he attended quarterly earnings reports, reviewed balance sheets, and assessed progress reports to maintain an evolving investment strategy. He researched and currently maintains an investment portfolio involving 10 companies.
Jeffrey also has over 25 years of program development and research experience working on issues related to health and aging services. He provided project management and strategic planning in support of projects under several city, state, and federal funding contracts. He collaborated with prominent institutions on research planning, design, budgeting, execution, and reporting. Jeffrey ensured project design continuity, enforced adherence to work plans and project parameters through regional site visits involving Bay Area and Los Angeles institutions.
