Abacus Semiconductor Corporation is headquartered on the Peninsula close to the heart of Silicon Valley, a stone's throw from San Francisco with its thriving startup scene, with access to the world's leading research, technology, talent and customers. The office will be located in San Jose, CA, on North First Street. We have opened an office in Germany for firmware and analog ASIC design as well as customization of our OS kernel for our European customers.

The company was founded in September of 2020. Abacus Semiconductor Corporation is a privately held California C-Corporation. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of SemiCo Holdings, LLC.
